One of our key and sustainable projects in 2025 was the regular supply and import of pet products from China to the United Arab Emirates. These shipments included various types of at least treats (تشویقیها), care accessories (such as food bowls, combs, brushes, collars, and bedding), smart and simple toys for dogs, cats, birds, and small household animals. The origin of production was reputable factories in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces of China, and the final destination was determined as Jebel Ali (Dubai) and Abu Dhabi ports. The monthly volume was at least 50 tons (equivalent to several 40-foot containers), which indicates the growing demand in the UAE market for high-quality and cost-effective pet products.

Transportation was carried out by sea (FCL – Full Container Load) to optimize shipping costs and provide high capacity for the monthly volume supply. The entire process included brand-oriented sourcing, customization of packaging (with a focus on UAE market standards such as bilingual Arabic/English labeling), precise quality control at the factory, cargo insurance, and full coordination with UAE customs regulations (Dubai Customs and Abu Dhabi Customs). The timeline from order to unloading at the port took only about 50–55 days, which is considered very favorable performance given the standard sea route from China to the Persian Gulf.
This project not only covered the ongoing needs of Emirati customers (including pet chain stores, veterinary clinics, and online distributors) but also established a solid foundation for long-term monthly contracts. By focusing on consistent quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery, Opal Moon was able to secure a strong position in the growing UAE pet market and pave the way for increasing the volume to more than 50 tons per month in the near future. This case study confirms that high-volume sea imports from China to the UAE, with professional supply chain management, can bring high profitability for business partners.
